Products marked as Special Order are freshly made just for you.

We keep limited inventory on hand, so some items are crafted after your order is placed.

• Special Order items ship within 4 calendar days of purchase.
• Regular catalog items (not marked Special Order) ship within 1 business day.

If your order contains both types, everything will ship together when the Special Order item is ready. If you're on a deadline, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to help.

Orders placed before 2pm AZ time* will ship within the next business day.
