When you need to return a product

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most new, unopened items. A full refund will be issued once the return is authorized and received.

We get it!  Sometimes things don't go as planned.  Here are some options.

We appreciate that buying scented products online is more complex than purchasing in store where the scent can be tried out before buying.  Since every product purchased and returned cannot be resold, please keep in mind that a processing fee may, at our discretion, be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We apologize!  Just let us know if you would like a refund or a new shipment.

For damaged items, we appreciate a photo of the damage.  While we prepare our shipments carefully, sometimes things happen that we do not anticipate.   A picture of the mishap with your order will help us prevent future problems.

Changed Your Mind

Your decision about the purchase needs to be adjusted

If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel and refund your order.

If your order has shipped, you can mark the package "Return to Sender"

We understand you choose your purchases carefully! It helps us to know what choices are being made so we can provide the good stuff our customers want most.

If you are unhappy with the product

Fragrance, texture, or some other product characteristic is not what you expected

Please be prepared to describe in detail  the problem you are having with each individual product.  

We can certainly understand the issue with buying new products online - it is a focus of our constant attention! 

Sometimes, there is a mismatch between what you expected and how the product actually is.  As a micro business, we are able to respond to problems very quickly, if we know about them!   

We don't want unhappy customers - now or in the future.  By requesting your detailed input about your experience, we can refine our products and our messages. 

General Information

YOU MUST RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN ITEMS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

When returning items, you should expect to receive your refund within a week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 5 business days).

About Return Shipping

Due to the high cost of shipping compared to the price of our products, we are not able to offer free return shipping.  If you have experienced an error in fulfilling your order or have received damaged items, please email us about a return shipping label,

We may decide to issue a refund or a partial refund without requiring return shipment.
